31 Weeks

How far along?: 31 Weeks

How big is baby?: The size of a pineapple! About 4 pounds in weight and 16 inches long.

Weight gain: Up 20 lbs in total.

Stretch marks?: None that I can see. However, it’s hard to see under my belly these days! Hopefully, they stay away!

Maternity clothes?: Totally! Although, I am still being frugal and wearing regular dresses as tops with leggings.

Sleep?: Total insomnia! I seem to wake up around 5 every morning and can’t go back to sleep because I have so much on my mind!

Food cravings?: Pop tarts and pineapple. Yum!

Gender?:
Little man

Movement?: It’s so crazy how much this little guy moves. I JUST LOVE IT! He loves moving as close to my right side as possible. It’s funny when he does this because my belly looks lop sided.

Labor signs?: Just tightness from Braxton Hicks contractions.

Belly button in or out?: Still in but it I’m thinking it will pop in a few weeks.

What I miss: Being able to move around quickly and having more clothes to wear. I am very limited these days.

Milestone: Finally registered for baby stuff at Babies R Us and Baby Depot. =)

29 Weeks

How far along?:  29 Weeks

How big is baby?: 3 pounds in weight and 15.3 inches long.

Weight gain: Up 17 lbs in total.

Stretch marks?: None and hoping it stays that way!

Maternity clothes?: My mom and grandma bought me some more maternity clothes for Mother's Day. Also, loving those dresses and leggings still. =)

Sleep?:Getting worse! I wake up like 10 times to pee or because I am uncomfortable. I'm guessing it won't get any better since my belly is just getting bigger by the weeks.

Food cravings?: Water again. I'm soooo thirsty ALL THE TIME!!!!

Gender?: 100% boy

Movement?:All the time! I think I also started feeling his hiccups. It almost feels like a twitching sensation down by my pelvic bone, which is where the doctor said his head is positioned.

Labor signs?:  Just tightening from time to time, which I think are Braxton Hick's contractions.

Belly button in or out?:  Changing and getting more shallow!

What I miss: My energy! I am so tired by the time I get out of work, I can barely keep my eyes open.

Milestone: Last week before I enter the 30's!!!!! WOW WE ARE ALMOST THERE!!!!!!!!!!

7 months, Glucose Test and Rhogam Shot!

What a busy day I've had today! Dan and I had our 28 week check up earlier today. During this visit, I was checked for gestational diabetes and received a rhogam shot. I'm so happy to know I passed my glucose test! I was really nervous about it since I have many friends who received positive results during pregnancy.

We also found out that my doctor doesn't allow patients to go past their due dates because of the high risk of the amniotic sac containing meconium. Which means Logan will be here in the next 9-12 weeks!!! I am soooo excited!

How far along?:28 weeks...7 months!!!! =)

How big is baby?: A little over 2 lbs and 15 inches long.

Weight gain: Up 15 lbs in total.

Stretch marks?: None, I keep checking and hoping they don't show up!

Maternity clothes?: Dresses and leggings= pure comfort!!!!

Sleep?:Still pretty good. Dan bought me a Snoogie and I am trying to get used to sleeping with it since my belly is growing bigger now.

Food cravings?: Snickers ice cream bars! So happy to have passed my glucose test so I can continue eating them. =)

Gender?: 100% little man

Movement?: I am feeling movement all day and every where now. He kicks my sides, head butts my bladder, and above my belly button.

Labor signs?:  I think I experienced Braxton Hick's contractions for the first time today. My stomach felt so tight that I could barely walk. I made sure to tell him to stay in there and cook for a little longer!

Belly button in or out?:  Still in but changing.

What I miss: Nothing! I am so excited to meet him!!!!

Milestone: Passing my glucose test!!!

Hello 3rd Trimester!!!!!

How far along?: 27 weeks.....officially in the third trimester!!! This is so exciting because now there are no more trimesters until Logan arrives...woo hoo!

How big is baby?: A little over 2 lbs and 15 inches long.

Weight gain: Up 13 lbs in total.

Stretch marks?: None!

Maternity clothes?: Dresses and leggings are still my go to outfit. Comfort is key these days!

Sleep?: Pretty good. I just wake up a lot to use the bathroom. Logan is head down and likes to head butt my bladder, which doesn't help during the night.

Food cravings?: Water! I am beyond thirsty these days! I drink 6 bottles a day and still feel thirsty!

Gender?: 100% little boy

Movement?: Super strong! I feel him moving all day long and I love it. I just wonder when he has time to get some rest.

Labor signs?: None, just pressure from his little head bumping on my cervix. I keep telling him it's not time to come out yet!

Belly button in or out?: In, although it's starting to change a bit.

What I miss: My energy level. I have come to realisation that I won't get this back until after he is born and then some time.

Milestone: Entering the third trimester. I felt like I was never to going to get here. So excited to meet my little man soon!

I love this color grey for the walls.

26 Weeks

How far along?: 26 weeks....only 98 days or less left....so EXCITING!!!!!!!!!!!

How big is baby?: He is about 2 pounds in weight and 15 inches long.

Weight gain: Up 12 lbs in total.

Stretch marks?: None that I have seen. I hope it stays that way!

Maternity clothes?: Dresses and leggings. I bought a pair of maternity leggings this past weekend and they are the best investment. Sooooo comfortable!

Sleep?: It's been okay. I actually woke up in horrible pain the other night from some bad leg cramps. I woke Dan up screaming from the intense shooting pain and I think I scared the living daylights out of him. Poor thing!

Food cravings?:  Still hibachi! I have also been really thirsty these days. I drink at least 6 bottles of water a day and still feel thirsty.

Gender?: Little boy!

Movement?: All day, everyday! He is a very active little boy. =)

Labor signs?: None. Hoping not to experience this until July.

Belly button in or out?: In!

What I miss: Being able to bend properly and move around quickly. I am starting to develop a waddle now from the back pain on my right side.

25 Weeks and Baby Name!

We actually decided on the name a few weeks ago but haven't announced it yet.

Dan and I are happy to introduce Logan Cole Smith due this summer!

As for my bump progress:

How far along?: 25 weeks

How big is baby?: A pound and a half in weight and about 14 inches long.

Weight gain: Up 10 lbs.

Stretch marks?: None, I hope it stays that way!

Maternity clothes?: Just dresses and leggings lately.

Sleep?: Pretty good. I have been getting up to use the bathroom more frequently during the night now bc he has been pushing on my bladder.

Food cravings?:  Hibachi! Dan and I go to Japan Inn at least twice a week now to satisfy this craving. lol

Gender?: 100% boy

Movement?: All day, everyday! They are getting stronger and stronger!

Labor signs?: None! This little guy needs to stay in and cook for another 3 months before that happens  =).

Belly button in or out?: In!

What I miss: Wearing a bikini. I have been wanting to go to the beach to get a tan. However, I don't have a one piece and refuse to wear a bikini during pregnancy. I guess a one piece bathing suit will be my next purchase =).

Milestone: Deciding on a baby name. Also, I read in my "Week by Week" pregnancy book that we have reached the point in pregnancy that if a mom goes into labor, the baby has a chance of surviving outside of the womb (with the use of medical care equipment). Of course, we don't want Logan coming until the end of July. However, it's comforting to know we are now at the viable state in pregnancy......YAY!!!!!
